- Post-Hospital Nursing and Care: This is meant for those who are recovering from an illness and have been discharged from the hospital. It includes medication administration and wound management to prevent infection.
- Palliative Care: This is meant for individuals who are terminally ill. This is all about assisting participants with the control of symptoms and pain. It also includes assistance with hospice or hospital admission if and when needed, as well as social and equipment support.
- Catheter Management: Our nurses offer catheter management for individuals with complex care needs to prevent and manage common issues arising from catheterisation.
